At Golden Dunes, our goal is to make every purchase smooth, fair, and worry-free. Because Honey Veil is a personal fragrance product, our return rules are designed to protect hygiene and product integrity while still ensuring you’re taken care of if something goes wrong.

Returns (Fragrance Products)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for return.

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right — typically with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues (Lost in Transit)

If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit, we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Final Sale Items

Discounted or final-sale items (if marked as such) may not be eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item.
