Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed to the carrier and a tracking email is sent to you.

Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

  • Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created or the package is first scanned.

Delays & Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us, we’ll review the shipment and help immediately.
