These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Golden Dunes website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including any purchases you make through trygoldendunes.com (the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to purchase from the Site.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order (including name, shipping address, email, and payment details). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access and for all activity under your account or order confirmation links.

2) Our Products & Site Content

We aim to present product information accurately. However, colors, appearance, and packaging may vary due to device display settings or minor production updates. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales, or discontinue products at any time.

3) Orders, Acceptance, and Right to Refuse

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse any order in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, address verification issues, or violations of these Terms.

An order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process payment. If we cancel or adjust an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Prices are shown at checkout. Any taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for your purchase.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your payment information is accurate. If your payment is declined or fails, we may cancel the order or delay fulfillment.

5) Subscriptions (Automatic Refills) — Consent, Billing, and Management

Certain products may be offered with a subscription / automatic refill option (“Subscription”).

a) Enrollment and Authorization

If you select a Subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the price, frequency, and terms clearly displayed at checkout (e.g., every 30 days), until you cancel.

b) Renewal Timing

Subscription renewals are scheduled based on your original purchase date and selected frequency. Billing may occur on or around the scheduled renewal date.

c) Customer Control (Pause / Skip / Cancel)

You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your Subscription anytime through your customer portal using the Manage Subscription link provided in your order confirmation email and/or by signing into your account with the email used at checkout.

d) Fair Billing if Delivery Is Delayed

If a shipping delay causes a renewal to process before your previous order has been delivered, we will adjust your renewal timing to keep billing fair and aligned with actual delivery. Please contact support so we can assist promptly.

6) Shipping & Delivery (United States Only)

We currently sell and ship only within the United States unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site.

• Processing time: typically 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• Delivery time after dispatch: typically 5–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged/incorrect, we will resolve it in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because fragrances are personal-care products, opened or used fragrance items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the timeframe stated in the Return & Refund Policy so we can make it right.

8) Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. If you need help, contact us immediately at info@trygoldendunes.com and we will do our best to assist.

Subscription changes (pause/skip/cancel) should be made through the customer portal as described in Section 5.

9) Promotions, Discounts, and Limited Offers

Promotions may be modified or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions do not apply retroactively and may not be combined. Any additional terms for a promotion will control if they conflict with these Terms.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to Golden Dunes and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

11) Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Golden Dunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that User Content for business purposes, including marketing, consistent with applicable law.

You represent that your User Content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

12) Optional Tools, Third-Party Services, and Links

The Services may include tools, integrations, or links provided by third parties (including carriers, payment processors, subscription platforms, and other service providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, or practices. If you access any third-party services, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

13) Relationship with Shopify

Golden Dunes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Golden Dunes. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Golden Dunes, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Golden Dunes.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15) Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time.

16) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

• fraud or unauthorized activity,

• reselling or exporting products without permission,

• interfering with Site security or functionality,

• scraping, data-mining, or harvesting personal information,

• transmitting malware or harmful code,

• impersonation or harassment.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

17) Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Services at any time if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

18) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

19) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Dunes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Dunes’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

20) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Dunes from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

21) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If you have any issue with an order, billing, delivery, or a subscription renewal, please contact us first at info@trygoldendunes.com , we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

In many cases, contacting our support team is the fastest way to fix the issue (replacement, refund, or billing adjustment). If a bank dispute or chargeback is filed, the resolution process may take longer while the payment is reviewed by your card issuer.

22) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action related to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

23) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last Updated” date above. Any changes apply from the effective date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
